Where can I learn how to make hip hop beats using sampling. I have cool edit and fruity loops ?
There are several beat-making programs you can get from the internet, so check them out and find the one for you. i am pretty sure you can get instrumentals from songs off of the internet as well, and i am pretty sure if you download the right beat program then you can use sampling, i am not 100% sure though, so look into it.
