can i use garageband loops in windows?
and if so how do i get some?

Well, The garageband loops are an AIF file.
I'm not sure if youd be able to use that on PC's. but if that fails you could allways convert them into an MP3 to use.
so a summary of my answer is, Yes, I think its possible to get Garageband Loops on windows, but you may have to convert them to an MP3 from aif. Which can easily be done in itunes.
