Does anybody uses Fruity Loops Studio, any version for music recording?

Im from Mexico, but i have 2 days asking this question, i know this software was created in Belgium, so i think someone from Europe must know this software, and tell me what do you think of this software in an extensive way, and if im worng to think is the best music recording software, even if i tried and used pro-tools, and sonar.

Does anybody uses Fruity Loops Studio, any version for music recording?
a friend of mine creates music entirely with it ... even records his own voice into the tracks and it sounds professional ...
Reply:it's not the best.. nope.. but then again you get what you pay for..

i use cubase 4 + reason 3... reason 3 is nice on its own but doesn't have vst support.. cubase 4 has like pro-tools / logic are high end.
