I have just removed my lowered sport spring to check it out,I just can see the paint color in the all of spring loops has been scratched due to loops hit each others,is this a sign of spring damage or near failure?

Spring failure most likely. The coils are not supposed to be able to compress against each other. Are you using a coil that is to soft?
